Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Customers are advised to carefully check product details, size, color, and specifications before placing an order.

All purchases made on Zulf Kart are final. We do not provide refunds after the product has been shipped or delivered.

3. Damaged Product (If Applicable)

If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or video proof.

After verification, we may offer replacement only at our discretion.
